Awesome for breakfast

Good plant based option, Easy to use, legume-y taste
Taste, colour smell and texture like a fine version of chana dal. So, for the plant food lovers, its a familiar taste. Dissolves easily in cold water. Comes with a spoon, each scoop12 g protein and relatively low calories (abt 55). Made a shake of it with thin buttermilk, tastes ok. May be too early to say, I felt full after one scoop in 300ml liquid. No issues.

Good vegan protein
Posting it after 1 week of first time use. Ordered it as i am lactose intolerant and needed a 100% vegan protein powder. This suits my post workout requirement, easy on the gut, easily digestable and didnt felt any uneasiness after regular consumption. Using unflavoured one, as i didn't want any added sugar. Its easy on the taste and you can add any flavour/fruits to the shake as per your liking.

Very poor solubility in milk and water
I bought this after looking at reputation of Aditi Mammen. Sadly the product is not great. I've had unflavoured vegan protein from abroad and they are all much better. It tastes terrible with water. Better taste with toned milk but solubility is low. Better to spend a bit more money and buy a foreign brand. No use supporting Indian companies making sub-par products.
