Poor filtration Tds 106 😦 originally was 126 Useless

Bought this to filter water for my cats. It really does remove the chlorine smell and “tap water taste”, it takes a couple minutes to filter, but it works well. I dropped it right out of the packaging and it cracked, but it does not leak, so its good quality!

Update to the review below: I read about Brita's warranty information and contacted them through Amazon. They swiftly sent a new pitcher as it was under warranty (within 30 days of purchase)! Great customer service. I do like the size and filter but the pitcher is not very sturdy. I had never dropped it but I noticed it's already cracked after a few days of use. It has been on the kitchen counter and may have been banged but my old ones never got cracked like this.

La jarra en sí es un buen producto. La marca es de renombre. El gran problema es que muchas veces las jarras llegan quebradas. Obviamente así no se pueden usar ya que están goteando el agua constantemente. Y tratar de hacer una devolución es horrible. No es nada conveniente tener que ir hasta un centro de devolución y hacer todo el trámite, ya que llamar para que paquetería vaya a recoger, a veces pasan MESES. Brita debería tener más atención en empacar sus productos de forma que no se rompan antes de llegar al cliente. Pero entre la jarra y la caja no hay ningún tipo de esponja, burbujas, unicel ni nada que proteja el producto
