Yes, they do sweat. They are like the typical plastic fast food cups at the big chain fast food restaurants. But I like that if I leave it behind then no worries compared to if I leave a nice reusable cup.

No. There are 2 sleeves of cups, 1 sleeve of lids, and the straws are all packaged together.

What’s the bottom diameter on the 24oz?

I have no idea what the diameter is, I will say I use mine for mixed cocktails. It is not A Large Cup.
