These little carafes look great on the bedside table. The rubber ring at the bottom keeps it it in place. The wider bottom provides a good, strong base. It holds enough water for 3-4 days worth of night time drinks. The carafe is thin feeling but strong. Accidently hit it on granite countertop edge and it did not shatter! Whew! I don't use the cup, I just drink from the carafe then you don't have to worry about water dripping from the cup when you place it back upside down on the carafe! The cup keeps dust and whatever out of your water that's why its better than just a glass!! It looks a little like a chemists beaker (my only picky complaint) but I was able to stop using plastic one use water bottles for the win. I'm very happy with the size, quality and overall usefulness of this product!! Buy one and ditch the plastic!!

Good price and our guests like the size and convenience. It can be grabbed with one hand and it’s not too heavy. We only put water here so it’s easy to clean. Glass is thick enough, the rubber ring at the bottom helps to keep the bottle stays stable. Small enough not take too much space from the night stand.

Finally found the perfect glass carafe that comes with a rubber attachment on the bottom that stops it from sliding! I love the simple, sleek design and it’s been by my bedside since the day I got it. I’m surprised it was cheaper than other glass carafes that do NOT have the rubber bottom. I love it — throw a little ice in it each night and it’s the perfect temperature in the middle of the night.

Very nice glass. Not to thin but not thick either nice rubber gaurd under the glass so it wont slide off the table. I use it for my disabled son who feeds thru a G/J tube and I need water for flushes so it's convenient for us to have by his feeds and medicines.

This carafe is so handy! This is an incredibly thoughtful item to have on hand for guests-or for yourself. To be honest, the hubby thought I was being a bit “extra” to get one. My stepson then came to visit and asked for it the time I forgot to put it out! I used to have a different version of this that eventually broke. I was super bummed and convinced I wouldn’t find one I liked as much-but this one is much BETTER! With a built-in rubber base you have no more worries about someone leaving a ring on your furniture in the middle of the night if they miss the coaster! It also holds more of whatever liquid you choose as the glass is on the outside of the carafe so not taking up space for the valuable beverage. Fair warning: you are on your own for any extra bathroom trips this may cause😊. Did I mention the rubber base catches any drips from the glass when you are done drinking and replace the glass on top? Also if you like to crack your window at night the top glass keeps you from swallowing any unexpected guests that go for a swim in your water glass while you sleep (IYKYK😜) Whether this is for you and you don’t want to walk to the other end of the house in the middle of the night or for house guests, this thing is soooo helpful to have around. It is sturdy, has a good weight and feel in hand. Super easy to wash and a great value for the price. Get one today… or two!

I am thrilled with this item. As someone who tends to wake up in the middle of the night needing a drink, it’s perfect. I was hesitant about the price, it’s low compared to others, thinking it may be low quality. Happy to report that it is not. It’s good quality glass, not at all “thin”. It holds the perfect amount of water for me, holding a few ounces more than your average bottled water. I love the glass as the lid, so nothing can get in your water. Pours nicely, easy to handle, no slip base. Big thumbs up.
