Why is this 100 dollars more expensive on amazon than it is on the PMR site?

will this fit a dr400sm 2021 without drilling new holes?

It fit on my 2007 drz400s perfectly without drilling anything, bolted right on. It is very sturdy and I am super happy with it. Not sure if the s is the same as the sm.
