Easy to use & covenient!
Great new lid for my hydro flask. (I previously used the chug cap, but it developed a crack and began to leak. I think I over-tightened the lid and messed up the threading). This new lid is much more convenient and easier to use. It can leak a tiny bit if the bottle is really full and turns sideways, but it's never really an issue for me.

I am so happy I bought it! Works great, easy to use and wash and no leaks. Fits perfectly. Great quality, smart design and not expensive. Highly recommended especially if you love your flask and not satisfied with its old lid.

Hydro Flask Wide Mouth Lids
I’m impressed with the Hydro Flask Wide Mouth Lid! I found a Hydro Flask at a thrift store for just $5, and this lid fit perfectly. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and made the bottle fully functional again. Great value and quality!

No drop of refreshment escapes . . .
In this modest yet valiant Hydro Flask Wide Mouth Lid, I beheld a guardian fashioned for the wanderer who roams through storm and sun with a trusted vessel in hand. Though small in stature, it possesses the steadfast spirit of a clasped promise: to keep the waters within pure and still, untouched by the world’s rough jostling. Crafted to crown the wide-mouthed bottle like a helm upon a loyal knight, it seals with a surety that brooks no doubt, holding warmth against winter’s bite and coolness against summer’s relentless blaze. Its hinge and handle, simple though they appear, speak of journeys long and solitary—of travelers pressing across wind-scoured hills or pacing dim forest paths where only the whisper of leaves offers companionship. The lid lifts and closes with the measured grace of a vow well kept, neither stiff nor fickle, but obedient to the user’s need. In truth, there is a peculiar solace in such a piece—an accessory often overlooked, yet vital in its constancy. It grants the bottle a renewed purpose, ensuring that no drop of refreshment escapes before its rightful moment. Thus does this small guardian become a quiet companion to thirst and thought alike, ever ready to brave the shifting world while preserving the comfort contained within.

Hard to get thoroughly clean
At first I thought this was a great cap for my coffee bottle. Then it started leaking. So I disassembled it to try to clean it, only to find that it had so many components, that even after disassembling nearly everything and scrubbing the heck out of them, the coffee stains remained on the silicone. And tonight, I discovered yet another o-ring, which I can't get to, to scrub as well. When the cap is screwed to its closed position the vent hole still retains whatever liquid was on the inside. It ended up staining my bag. So I started blowing out whatever liquid was inside the vent hole, but that really didn't do any good. So I got one of those rubber boots hydro flask sells to use that as a secondary cap. Good thing I bought it in a store; it's got a suction hole. I'm not going to return it because it does serve its purpose as a boot, but my intended purpose was to make it a backup cap to stop the "closed" leaks. Update +6 months later: because I couldn’t get it thoroughly cleaned, I stopped using it for several months. Then I discovered it had the right quantity of flow to drink water instead of coffee. So it’s back in use for my water bottle on my desk at work. Once it goes on sale again, I’ll probably buy another one because this one still tastes like coffee.

I am daily driving this Hydroflask lid. I think this is the 6th lid that I have used on my Hydroflask. Great quality as always. Holds up well to heavy use and occasional drops. I have broken ever model of lid (40 oz bottle is heavy when full). The seal can get a bit tighter than I would prefer at times. The strap is adequate for the weight and I keep an airtag clipped to it at all times.

Perfect replacement lid
We had some mold-like buildup on the original lid - on the little red gasket where the straw attached to the underside. I washed it and scrubbed it and disinfected it but could not clean it off. This is a replacement for the whole lid, but it fits and fixed the problem. Cheaper and less wasteful than getting a whole new bottle. Looks just like the original, it's black on the outside, seems tough and hopefully it doesn't;t get moldy. Fits easily onto the original bottle.
