The pointer becomes sticky randomly
The pointer randomly freezes and becomes sticky for some reason. You try to turn it off and turn it on a few times and it starts working. I can live with this slight discomfort but this happens quite a few times a day, which gets really annoying. I spent 2500 only to get more annoyed by this mouse. I had the Logitech trackball mouse before for 3 years until it stopped working and it was much better, though its a bit expensive than this mouse, but now I see its the price of Logitech mouse is justified. From a ergonomics aspect, this mouse is decent, but what's the point of being ergonomically comfortable but annoyed because of the mouse issues.

Need to send to Germany on own cost for warranty
Costly mistake. Got scrolling issues from month 7 onwards. Page used to scroll then retrace position about 20%. Contacted seller. They respond after 20 -30 days for each message (original or thread) - suggested obvious things like put fresh batteries etc - Finally asked me to send the device to Germany on own cost for replacement. A joke.

Does not work, mouse pointer goes to one side and stays there

The scrolling, clicks, range is not worth it
The scrolling is off. Does not work on places apart from table. Range is very short, you have to keep it right next to laptop to work Even after getting it i prefer using my touchpad. :/ A useless mouse.
