Can this be used for a motorcycle tire?

I have a late model goldwing and I tested this on my front tire by letting the air out then I tried inflating it with a 25 g canister. It inflated the front tire to 8 lb. I estimate it would take 5 25 g canisters to get my front tire to near pressure. My rear tire is more than double the size (probably more than three times) of the front. I think I'll shop for a 12 volt air compressor.

First time use on a presta valve. attempted to inflate did not get a tight seal and air escaped causing under inflation. what did i do wrong?

not sure if you insert it all the way to prevent air from leaking while inflating
