Stops working, no help available
I bought this on the 1st April 2026, and by today the 23rd April it stopped working. Rang samsung to ask if I can replace it, they said 'no ring Amazon'. Amazon want to arrange a return before refunding for me to then purchase it again. I was ready to prove it doesn't work and to just send me a replacement (better for them and for the environment) but they weren't interested. Useless.
