Nicest coffee machine you will ever buy!
This coffee machine is hands down the best I’ve ever owned. I was a bit sceptical about the price but it was on promotion so I was lucky! It’s definitely worth it. It’s light and doesn’t bounce when you lift the handle. The water capacity could be bigger but it’s fine as I’m the only coffee drinker here. I love the pod-adjustable feature for multi-functionality though ground coffee is farrrrrr superior! It also looks great in my kitchen and the coffee gets really hot so I can make it first and then have breakfast. It’s perfect for enjoying a hot drink while I eat. Plus it’s super easy to clean! I highly recommend it and I’m super pleased!

Perfect, stylish and beautiful results.
Perfect, affordable and makes a fantastic Espresso. What more do you need?!?. If you want to waste your life growing, picking, roasting and grinding coffee beans then buying loads of accessories to weigh the ground coffee, time the flow to a millisecond so you can describe the aroma, chocolate notes and floral after taste, and then spit it out to impress your rich and judgemental friends? This peasant’s machine isn’t for you. But if you love fresh coffee, that takes less than 2 minutes to make and feels like a wonderful cuddle in a cup, that costs a fraction of the cost of a Starbucks, Costa or Caffè Nero, this is the best friend for you!. You’re welcome!.

Love it but have moved on
Love it. Did my research, this one has an actual boiler vessel and not a thermoblock . Best entry level espresso machine according to Coffee Kev (blogger) and has had good sale offers (De’Longhi direct normal price is about 125) Good results but still adjusting things like grind, dose, tamping pressure to get the best out of the pressurised portafilter/basket this model comes with. Once I’ve mastered it, I’ll get a bottomless portafilter and standard basket for it. Panarello on the steam wand is good. So I’m happy so far……. Update 7 months on So I quickly realised the limitations of this machine though I did appreciate its value for money. I did buy a bottomless portafilter and standard basket (it only comes with pressurised basket portafilter) and this did make a better espresso for sure, though getting one that seals well is quite challenging. The one I settled for is by no means perfect and it’s likely that another one might be worse, there simply is no way of knowing before you try one, and they are not cheap (£40-£70). Advertising ‘a 15 bar pump’ is a pointless exercise as this is well over the ideal pressure for coffee extraction and on this unit it is not controlled or limited with a PRV. This has an impact on the espresso it can make, and getting consistent results. Getting good results with this machine takes some research and practice if you’re a newcomer to home espresso as I very definitely was. There are plenty of expert guides online that can teach you the fundamentals and believe me it’s a well worthwhile exercise. It is also dependent on you also getting a good espresso capable grinder. If you only used the supplied pressurised basket/portafilter and use prepackaged supermarket ground coffee then you will get fairly low to average quality results. Using the supplied basket/portafilter with home ground beans fresh from a roastery will get you better results but the next really significant improvement you can do is to get a standard basket/portafilter and the fresh roasted beans to use with this machine, but for this you WILL need an espresso capable grinder. Beware - a lot of grinders purport to being for ‘espresso through to French press/cafetiere’ but they will not grind fine enough for good espresso! Fresh roasted means roasted no more than a week or two ago, 4 weeks absolute maximum. This in itself lifts the quality of the espresso really significantly, but I can’t stress enough the importance of quality grinding. It’s as important if not more important than the espresso machine. My desire to use my newly acquired knowledge and have better coffee making and drinking experiences quickly led me to upgrade to a better machine and fork out for a decent grinder. If you opt for this DeLonghi machine plus a standard unpressurised portafilter and spend more on the grinder (£200-£300) you’ll have made a good start to decent home espresso. All that might seem like a tall order if you were thinking the £100 for this machine alone was going to get you there. It really depends on your budget, your willingness to learn, and your expectations as to how far on the coffee journey you get. My current setup (without some generous discounts I managed to find) would set you back £500-£600 (grinder and espresso machine total) but that’s just considered ‘entry level’ in the quality coffee making world!

Great starter machine – with a little upgrade, it’s a proper café at home
Stylish, compact, and makes a solid espresso straight out of the box – this little De'Longhi is a cracking entry into the world of manual coffee machines. The 15-bar pressure gives a decent crema, and the milk frother does a lovely job for cappuccinos or lattes. BUT – if you really want to fall in love with it, do yourself a favour and get a bottomless portafilter and a 4-cup basket. The one it comes with is fine for casual use, but the upgrade lets you brew stronger, smoother shots with much better flow and less fuss. It really brings the machine to life. ☕️ Pros: – Lovely retro green colour – looks great on the counter – Compact but powerful enough – ESE pod compatible for lazy days – Frother actually works (unlike many budget machines) – Auto shut-off is a nice touch ⚠️ A note for coffee geeks: You’ll outgrow the included portafilter quickly if you’re aiming for barista-style coffee. But for the price? It’s still an excellent bit of kit. Would I buy it again? Yes. But I'd get the bottomless portafilter at the same time next time.

Love it
This is a super little coffee machine and is so easy to use for a range of coffee and hot milk drinks. It looks great on my counter top and was also great value in the Amazon Prime day

Poor service from delongi
The machine is excellent - the delongi water filter does not fit - delongi cannot supply one that does. Waited on the phone to get through no answer. Then did a chat gave them all the specifications when they could not solve their problem they cut the chat.

Great Entry-Level Espresso Machine
I recently bought the De’Longhi Manual Coffee Machine Stilosa EC260.CR, and it has quickly become a staple in my morning routine. This 15 bar pressure espresso machine is perfect for those who love making coffee at home but don’t want to spend a fortune on a high-end machine. The Stilosa EC260.CR has a sleek cream design that fits nicely in my kitchen. It’s compact yet feels solid and well-made. Setting it up was straightforward, and I was brewing my first cup within minutes. The coffee quality is impressive for a machine in this price range. The 15 bar pressure ensures a good extraction, resulting in rich and flavourful espresso with a nice crema. The cappuccino system works well too, producing perfectly frothed milk for lattes and cappuccinos. I’ve also used ESE pods with this machine, and they work seamlessly, adding convenience when I’m in a rush. One feature I particularly appreciate is the two-level tray. It allows me to use different cup sizes without any hassle. The 1-litre water tank is ample for a few cups of coffee, and it’s easy to refill and clean. The automatic switch-off function is a nice safety feature, giving me peace of mind if I forget to turn the machine off. The only minor downside is that the machine can be a bit noisy when brewing, but this is a small trade-off considering the quality of coffee it produces. Overall, the De’Longhi Stilosa EC260.CR is an excellent manual coffee machine for anyone looking to make barista-quality coffee at home. It’s user-friendly, versatile, and delivers great coffee consistently. Highly recommended for both beginners and coffee enthusiasts who want a reliable and stylish machine.

Great for a home machine
I work in a coffee shop and treated myself to a bag of the delicious coffee we use, which meant I also had to treat myself to an espresso machine! I opted for De’Longhi for the brand reputation, and this model was a good price for my budget. Of course it’s never going to be industrial standard but for a little home machine I think it’s great! The shot is lovely with a good crema, and the steamer does a pretty good job. You do have to manually pour it, it doesn’t shut itself off so if you don’t already know about quantities for shots etc, it’s probably worth investigating (eg YouTube). I like that it has inserts for a single and a double shot, and that the plate warms too so your cup warms up a little. The instructions aren’t great, they’re just pictures which could be open to interpretation but it’s pretty easy to work out. It’s fairly small and compact so fits well in our small kitchen. I’m pleased I chose it and I’d recommend it for someone looking for a small and simple but effective machine.

Best coffe machine
This is an absolute wonderful machine, i have it already for 1.5 years and it is like day one. I just love how creamy the coffe is even after such a long time used EVERY DAY, sometimes more than 2 coffe/day. As long as you know how to use it and choose the right coffe, it cant go wrong. Also i had Delonghi around the house for ages so i know that they are made to last!!

Pretty good
The first shipment I received was opened, so I asked for a replacement. I like the machine. My parents 20 year old machine broke and they wanted a replacement, and this one is very similar to their old one. I really like the removable tank. I also like how small it is. For whatever reason, the dimensions aren't written here, but my father was able to find them on the company website.

The best home coffee machine.
This is the best home coffee machine I have seen for its affordable price. It has a stainless steel boiler compared to competitors' machines that usually use aluminum. The coffee it makes is so creamy and perfect for espresso, mocha, cappuccino, americano, latte, etc. After one month, it is still working perfectly; I hope this still stands for a number of years. I recommend its purchase.
