I grind it up into my cannabis with mullien and rose petals. It makes a very good smoking blend.

Mugwort is not particularly good tasting ,being somewhat bitter, but these are good clean leaves, without many stem bits at all. I'm past the age but have used Mugwort for "female troubles" assisting with menopause and as a relatively mild way to regulate periods. Mugwort is also the principle herb used in moxibuxtion when burned under cups on the body. It also a protective herb and has lots of uses in folk.medicine and varied magical practices, its part of a basic "witches" apothecary. This is a much better quality than any mug sort I've found sold labeled for mystic purposes.

I sometimes drink this tea about an hour before bedtime to help with sleep. It tastes fine if a little sweetener is used, or some cream added. I don't get any vivid dreams from it and it helps me relax to get a good nights sleep.

Got this for my crafts and I love it. Looks so nice. I’m sure it’s good as a tea also but I don’t drink much herbal tea.

I make my own bath salts and sachets, and this mugwort was great for making a relaxing formula. It's also commonly used in dream teas and "flying ointments," but it does taste pretty bad on its own (to be expected), so if you make tea, mix it with something else. I made kind of an "unloaded tea," as in something similar to the popular "loaded"teas with caffeine for energy, but I did one with mugwort tea and sugar-free drink mix for relaxation. I slept quite well, and woke up refreshed.

Jarteela Mugwort is AMAZING... I've been drinking this tea for several weeks now and have noticed some huge benefits. Mugwort has a very earthy flavor, with hints of sage. You can drink it mixed with other herbs or is fantastic by itself. I've struggled with digestive issues for quite some time. This tea has helped ease my digestive tract and helps calm me in general. I tired drinking it during my cycle and it also helped ease my cramping. I highly recommend this tea It's been absolutely wonderful. It comes in a large full bag it is a high quality product that will last a long time.
