Works well for keeping migraines away
I was told a long time ago to take daily for migraines. I get this brand and seems to work great at keeping migraines mild or completely away. When I forget to reorder they come back, I know this works.

Effective
I've been taking this nightly for about 3 years. I was having 1-2 migraines a week and since taking this i have maybe 1 a year now. Very effective, no side effects and natural!

Helpful for seasonal allergies
I'm convinced that nothing will completely eliminate my seasonal allergy symptoms. I read that Butterbur is as good as the OTC meds available, and I always prefer natural remedies to pharma. So thought I'd give this a try and yes, after a few days, I have noticed a difference. It definitely makes the season more bearable. Worth trying if you haven't!
