Dorman 47396 Rubber Black Vacuum Cap Assortment, 8 Piece Universal Fit

I was missing some vacuum port plugs for my Holley carb. Kit included all replacements. Good quality rubber. No problems and solved my vacuum leak issue.

Used the 1/4” short to plug the air intake breather connector on 2008 Trailblazer. The LS model doesn’t have a breather tube just a nipple plug. Looked on GM parts websites and auto parts stores with no luck. The 1/4” is a perfect nipple plug. 10 second install now idles lower and quiter, likely better power and mpg.

I have used these caps since I bought my first car in 1980. They still work, they are still cheap, but the quality is not the same as they used to be. These will work for 2 maybe 3 years, then need to be replaced. They dry, crack and cause a vacuum leak within that few year span. They used to last as long as the vehicle.

Nice assortment and being made of rubber, they should last.

I needed to replace a few worn out vacuum plugs on my Van.These vacuum plugs are made very heavy duty and fit nice and snug.I gave five stars for that reason and the cost of this product.I highly recommend this product if you need to replace worn vacuum plugs.

The batch I got was dried out and cracked. Lasted maybe 1 month before needing replaced. Would work in a pinch.

needed only one piece and worked as a charm; worked as needed - to stop leakage on the power steering reservoir during flushing. does not need the rest but who knows that i might need it sometime somewhere.

Work good but wouldn’t recommend for automotive applications because the heat cycles will make them crack
