I was unable to find an expiry date but I did see a manufactured date. What is the suggested duration for the use of this after manufacture?

That's a good question and clever of DH to not have an expiration date. My bottle was manufactured on 8/14 and still works today 6/16 so probably at least 2 years. I've had my bottle a long time because I only use it in certain situations as a rescue remedy for "sudden sciatica", that crippling pain that can shoot down the leg. It cures that in 20 minutes.

Does the Natto come from Japan?

I don’t know your answer but if you go the the Design for health they should be able to answer that question. But this works great if you have tingling down your feet and legs.

Does this contain fermented soy? Nattozimes I believe is fermented soy.

No it does not contain soy. I contacted the company and they said they use Nattozime which is derived from the fungi of Aspergillus melleus. The reason they said they use this is to avoid using soy. Nattozime and Serrazime have the same function of Nattokinase and Serrapeptase.
