Is this dishwasher safe?

I don't believe so, I think I remember it's hand washed only. But I'm fine with that I've never put these type in the dishwasher especially the tops. But overall I like this cup and enjoying my cold ice coffee and drinks and doesn't leak.

What is the width of the bottom of the cup?

Exact size don't know put it does fit in my car cup holder nicely and I'm driving an 2007 Chevy so I hope this answer your question..

Will a large straw fit?

I am not sure what size you are talking about. These are the straws I use. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071WSMJXT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 They have some wiggle room. if you are talking about a Slurpee straw or Boba straw I would say you have a 75% chance of them fitting in. I don't have those sizes to test out for you. Hope this helps a little.
