How long should I keep my 3 1/2 month old 3.6# maltese on this mother starter food. When do I go to the next step?

My 2 1/2 pound Teacup Yorkie is 8 years old and this is the only dry food she will eat. I feed her this along with a Raw food diet meal. My vet says what ever I'm doing is working, so keep doing it! And this was after doing full bloodwork! With Teacup dogs, basically you give them what they will eat to make sure their sugar level doesn't go down. Teacups are usually fussy eaters.
