Amazing product

It does keep insulin cool at around 8 degrees centigrade for 24hours atleast when flask is keept around 30 degrees ambient temperature...it's a little costly but does very good job by keeping insulin at proper storage temperature, we could use make shift cooling solution by using any thermos we can buy locally but we cannot get similiar shaped bio gel hence the price is justified because of the bio gel only but the flask is regular vacuum thermos that we can buy for few hundred rupees it's the bio gel we cannot find anywhere that can be kept frozen or cold for so long and that too of the perfect size as per thermos. I checked the temperature inside the flask using cooking thermometer(which i already had) which is quiet accurate and it holds temperature inside flask at around 8 degrees for 24 hours. I am planning a trip abroad in next few days so will update review on how it goes in security check in india and abroad as well and during international flight.

I am using this case for more than 1 year. Still it's working great. Travelling become so tension free.

It is a normal steel bottle as like cello, milton like. Only defence of biogel. Only one insulin pen placed easily. Over priced. Pl go to other brand.

What a nice (compact) design! I only wish that airport security were aware of the style to avoid depackaging my trolley bag everything at the X-Ray inspection booth...

Wollte endlich auch mal in den Urlaub fliegen. War mir bes jetzt immer zu unsicher mit meinem Insulinpen. für meine Reise musste das Insulin etwa 18 Stunden kühl bleiben, Wobei im Zielland etwa 35 Grad waren, und ich da noch 4 Stunden Transfer hatte. Der Kühlbehälter ist kaum größer als ein Kaffeebecher, und Passt auch super in die Seitentaschen vom Handgepäckrucksack. Es gab weder hin noch zurück zu Probleme beim Zoll, es hat das Schreiben vom Arzt ausgereicht, das ich das Insulin benötige. Habe auch die Nadeln mit in dem Behälter gehabt. Im Hotel angekommen, hatte der Pen noch Kühlschranktemperatur. Würde ihn auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen. Preis Leistung ist Super.
