Mixology Cocktail Shaker 33.8 Oz

After searching for a suitable cocktail shaker, decided to order, and unfortunately there were no reviews for this item. Once the item arrived I noticed that the gasket that goes between lid and glass bottle was very thin and flimsy, almost paper thin. At the very least it should be thick like the rubber ones on mason jars. Then the cap that covers the pourer is so loose that when shaking, the liquid leaks out fairly severely which of course defeats the purpose of shaking your cocktail to mix. I had no choice but to return for a refund.

Such a shame. A lovely glass shaker just perfect for mixing a nice cocktail. Except for the leaking. The gasket is so thin and too small and so the shaker leaks badly when you try to pour. Love everything about this product, but that issue alone brings me to give it 1 star. It defeats the whole purpose of a good shaker. Very disappointing.
