Free size but can fit on thin heads not fat heads

What is the measurements for this product?

The actual product does not look like the picture on the product page. Imagine an underwear shorts with elastic at the waist and no holes for the legs. That's what this cap would look like. To answer your question: out of the 4 caps in my order, all four were of different sizes. Because it has a cheap elastic in it, it should fit a small kid as well as an average Indian adult.

I got 4 caps, each of them of different size. One of them is too tight for my head while another is ill-fitting. Looks like they are made by a local tailor without any standardization. By the way, the actual product is different from the Amazon picture. The one that I received can be aptly described as a men's underwear with missing holes for legs.
