This product does work. It's really important to take twice daily, as directed. It has helped with sleeping and staying asleep, as well as helping with hot flashes. I have also noticed, I am not as emotional. The reason I purchased this product is to get away from hormonal replacement treatment because of the potential risks for cancer. My only concern is that this is soy based. I would buy this again.

Great product helps with sleep and mood swings. I wake up energetic ready to go and no anxiety but does cause a minor headache. Worth the money
