I'd like to do a body swap. which made to move barbie doll would match her skin tone?

I think the redhead made to move Barbie would do nicely

No. This version does not have legs but her tail can be positioned so the doll stands up.

Can the whole doll go under water?

Yes, but only the tail will change color

Are the doll heads the same as a Barbie doll?

Not really. Their heads are like three times larger than Barbie.
