How big is the image H x W?

The actually image is near 2” high by not quite 3” wide at the wing span. Hope this helps

Will size 5 heddles allow for thicker yarn? Do you also sell additional shuttles?

The holes in the size 2.5 are LARGE! It would have to be a huge yarn not to fit through the slots and holes! The 5 is a bit smaller then the 7.5, a 10, then 12.5. The 2.5 is for the bulkier yarns all the way down to the finer ones such as sock yarn for the 12.5. Hope this helps you. Good luck with your weaving journey.

will this fit an AR 15?

I have over 8 Bore Stores for my Pistols and Rifles and 2 shotguns! I do not own a AR 15, but check the sizes of the Stores I am sure they have one that you can use. Hope this helps.
