I’m Not the elderly but I needed a phone to call out on my speaker is broken on my iPhone so this little phone was so cheap . Quality is good . Light and very easy to use . I’m only using for phone calls . Can’t wait to top it up Wednesday and try it out . Having a different number . Is handy for me . Buttons are big . Sound excellent It’s a must for anyone . Quite cute little phone with big impact .

Really impressed with the phone. Very light and easy to use. Volume control for the hard of hearing is very good using hands free and easy to switch between phone and hands free. The SOS button on the back is a great comfort for my wife when I am out and again easily set up. Nice big buttons help for easy use. Access to switching on and off the torch is also easily done and access to your contacts as well. Great phone all round and easy to use

Bought this for my 86 year old mum buttons are big and easy to press but that’s where any good points end. The instructions are useless and contradict themselves, the QR code (because OAP’s know what they are) send you to a ridiculously quick video with music which is impossible to follow too. I’ve been trying to insert the SIM card for last half hour even got my teen to have a go and neither of us can do it so it will be getting returned tomorrow.

Bought this to replace my elderly mothers ancient Nokia. Great little phone, nice and loud she can actually have telephone conversations again. Unsure about battery life etc as she’s only had it two days. She finds it easy to use and navigation, buttons etc are almost identical to the old Nokia. I would have given five stars but I did find it difficult to insert the sim, perhaps that was just me. All in all a great little easy to use phone for a great price

Ok, so this is a good phone, and does what it says very well, and is simple to use for its target audience BUT! You can set 5 emergency contacts for the SOS function button. However, when the first one doesn’t answer it’s supposed to send an SMS and automatically call the other emergency contacts in the list…..BUT, when the first contact phone goes to answerphone, ( as most mobiles do!) this handset thinks the call has been answered, and doesn’t do anything else except hang on an open voicemail line! It doesn’t send a text, nor call the other emergency contacts! Bit of a shame, as that’s why we bought this handset. Can’t find any way round it! So, overall, useful only to call one emergency contact. One added feature is it does sound an audible alarm siren when the SOS button is pushed.

This is a fabulous phone for the elderly. Small and lightweight and very easy to use. You can set up five numbers on the SOS button. I'd highly recommend it.
