Great diet pill
Completely curbs your appetite. You feel full all day long. No nausea and it gives you energy through out the day. My pharmacist recommended it to me and I am happy he did!!

Two thumbs up from me!
I was skeptical to try this because I've used appetite suppressants before and after a while they usually stop working. With CraveArrest I have been taking it every day for 3 weeks, and I have noticed that I don't crave sweets and junk food at all. I've been combining this with a really strict diet, and I honestly don't even feel deprived when my family is eating pizza and brownies and I'm having grilled chicken and broccoli! This has worked very well for me, and I also have not noticed any negative side effects as with some other products (no headache, nausea, constipation, bad breath, etc). Two thumbs up from me!

Do your homework
I took these years ago thru a Dr and had no problems. Decided to take buying off Amazon. And I am week in and I have had insomnia, mentally can’t function , sick to stomache and feel I can’t get enough to eat.. the mental is the worse I am crawling out my skin.. made appt with dr it’s so bad. Day 5. Reduced appetite, alcohol and sugar cravings almost immediately. Maintain good energy through the day with no crashes, sleeping good at night. It’s not magic. The supplement does its job, but you have to do your part as well. You have to want to make a change in your habits and get healthier. Recommend this to several friends already.

it helps...but not a magic pill
It's a good support for suppressing cravings--not a magic pill. I used to have very strong, physical cravings for sugary, carby foods, especially during that time of the month. Now the cravings are fewer and not as powerful--I don't feel like I'm going to attack a bag of cookies anymore. Of course the temptations and triggers are still there, but the urges seem more manageable. You have to do your part, as another reviewer says, but this will help.
