Great customer service
This product worked perfectly and did a good job with my acrylic nails. Unfortunately the handpiece drill randomly stopped working a few days ago. The seller was quick to contact me and try and help as much as she could. She offered me a full refund for the product as we couldn't manage to fix it. 5* customer service and would purchase from them again!

Perfect efile even for a beginner
Amazing file, this is my first time using one and I decided to pay the extra instead of buying a cheap one and I am so glad I did. This efile is super cute, so small as you can see next to my hand and the hand peice is nice and slim. The bits that came with weren't ones I needed but I bought extra bits and the file is really nice. Would highly recommend for a beginner who is wanting to invest in their nails.

Do not buy even if offered for free
Was forced to Give one Star as the system did not have an option of giving Zero. Worst product on this site. Trust me I have bought hundreds of Products from Amazon. Does not work/start right from the time I bought it. No charging cable provided. Felt as it they have sent someone else's returned product back to me. Tried to initiate the return this by the 6th/7th day but Amazon Customer Case said it can only be done within 5 days even though it is clearly indicated 14 day window. The executive said will check back with his supervisor and confirm if there is any change and call me back. Waited for a couple of days but didn't receive any call back. Finally called around the 10th day. Another executive said the same thing that it cannot be returned after 5 days. They refused to accept it and I am now stuck with a non working product. A request to Amazon not to keep such low standard products on the catalogue as it ruins your name and reputation more than the sellers.

This is my second time purchasing the MelodySusie Electric Nail Drill 30,000 RPM, and once again I’m extremely happy with it. The drill is powerful, smooth, and very comfortable to use. I’ve tried other drills before, but this one is by far the best quality for the price. Reliable, strong, and easy to use — I highly recommend it!
