Shipping was fast on the Sacroiliac SI Hip Belt. I’m honestly very impressed with this SI Hip Belt. I bought it because I had been dealing with quite a bit of pain and discomfort, and I wasn’t expecting such an immediate difference. The moment I slipped it on and adjusted it properly, I felt relief. The pain wasn’t nearly as pronounced, and I immediately felt more supported and comfortable when standing and walking. It’s hard to explain how noticeable the difference was almost instantly. I’ve continued wearing it and it has been incredibly helpful. It provides the kind of support I was looking for without feeling overly bulky or restrictive. I wear it under shorts & a T-shirt, and no one can tell I'm wearing it. This has been one of those purchases where I can genuinely say, “I wish I had bought it sooner." Also, the Velcro is surprisingly strong and stays securely in place, which I really appreciate. And for the price point on Amazon, I think this is an excellent value. You get great support without spending a fortune. If you’re dealing with lower spine/ back (SI) area discomfort & looking for additional support, I definitely recommend giving this belt a try. It has made a significant difference for me, I couldn't walk without it.

This hip belt has been surprisingly helpful and much more comfortable than I expected. It provides a nice amount of support around the lower back (specifically my sacroiliac joint) without feeling overly bulky or restrictive, making it easy to wear while going about normal daily activities. The adjustable design fits perfectly with room to spare (I got a Regular for my size 38" waist), and allows you to find the right level of compression and stability, which is important since everyone's need is going to be a little different. Even through extended use, it stays relatively comfortable and remained in place well, also during frequent sitting and standing. It has a nice compression that just helps me feel more stable and comfortable, which I'm very happy for. All in all, I found it be be very supportive and helpful, and exactly what I needed. Durable velcro, thick enough to be useful but not obvious under clothing, and no funky material smells. Definitely recommended for anyone with sacroiliac pain!

W O W . THIS IS WHAT STABILITY FEELS LIKE?! I have battled SI, low back, pelvic, and hip issues for years, since the birth of my children. Perimenopause entered the chat and I am 98% sure I also have hEDS. I just battled the Devil's Diahhrea parasite and had extreme gut issues and pain. While I was sick I had a pair of those skin tight high-waisted biker type exercise shorts, I put rhem on to squeeze my guts bc they hurt so bad. I noticed they gave me more stability and helped my back pain a little. So, I decided to look for an SI belt. I am glad I did. It arrived early this morning ing and once I was up and made coffee, I went to my Amazon delivery box and BOOM! IT WAS DELIVERED! I put it on and right away my low back pain was gone. The pros: It helps with stability and pain You can adjust it as tight or loose as you want The velcro is high quality The cons: To be honest, it is hard to sit with it on. (So, I loosen it to sit) It states it can be worn under the clothing discreetly. (Guy's, it isn't discreet.) It's like a belt under the clothes, you can see it. I don't care about fashion I care about not being in friggin pain all the time, so I don't care it isn't discreet. I looked at several of these before choosing this one. I chose this one honestly bc it would come overnight and was under 20 bucks. I made a good choice. If you have issues like bursitis in your hip, low back pain, pain with your greater trovhanter, sacroilliac joint, pain by your tailbone, pelvic floor issues, pelvic/hip pain....this product is absolutely right for you. It also made me feel like I was going to poop when I forat put it on. With all of my pelvic, hip, issues I also have gut issues too including constipation (omg Dear Diary....) so I think this band is probably the best $19 bucks I have spent in awhile. Wish I would have had it before all the gardening I did yesterday!!! Just buy it, try it a few days and then keep or return. If you have pain, get this. Seriously. ♡

I'm really happy with this product! It helped reduce my lower back pain and made it easier for me to get back to my daily activities. I especially like that it's slim, comfortable, and easy to wear. It doesn't feel bulky and can easily be hidden under a shirt, which makes it convenient to wear throughout the day. Overall, it has been a great addition to my daily routine, and I'm very pleased with how well it worked for me.

I noticed an improvement in my back pain shortly after first putting it. It is comfortable and the quality is good, Both the elastic and the velcro are still strong after a month of wear. The price is right and it works!

I was really hoping with getting a "bigger" size it would work well with my belly. It does wrap around, but is very snug and doesn't stay in place easy. Definitely still for smaller figures, otherwise it helped alleviate just a little pain in the hips and back. Good quality material and would last a long while if put to the test.

At first, I didn’t think it was worth it. I wore it for a half a day and really didn’t feel any different with my sciatica. So I waited three or four more days try it again. I adjusted it differently on my body and wore the entire day and I’m so thankful I did. It has made such a difference with pain management where I might have a little bit of pain where I can make an adjustment with my leg. I wear it every day now as long as my sciatica is flared up and I can get through the day with no problems so glad I bought this and so glad I didn’t just disregard not wearing it. It’s a great price and it’s fast delivery and which I really appreciate highly recommend anyone trying this.
