I read many reviews of other products where people complained about the clarity of reflected images. Most seemed to be content to settle for a cloudy image. Not me. I wanted the clarity of a glass mirror. I wanted this to enable me to line up my battery drill straight, a technique I had seen on WWGOA.I was about to give up, but decided to contact WWGOA to find out where they got their plastic mirror. They sent me a link to this product. On the strength of their recommendation, I bought it with 1-click.It came and was crystal clear.But, it also had some scratches on it, which is why I knocked off a star.Overall, I highly recommend this product vs. the myriad of others on Amazon. It does provide a true, clear mirror, some scratches aside.

So far really happy with this product. Bought it for my RV. Didn't want glass in-case it fell off the bathroom door while the trailer is moving. It ships nicely protected in a thick plastic bag and with a protective plastic film over the reflective surface.I haven't taken the film off yet, but it's already translucent enough to be able to tell that there isn't any distortion. This mirror is exactly what I wanted. Although when I received it it had been damaged in shipping. I let the seller know and they immediately replaced it with one in perfect condition. Great customer service.

I bought this so my 3 year old could have her own mirror above the sink (old 1950's house with mirror cabinet up high) and it works perfectly. applied it to the tile with 4 small squares of double sided foam tape and she loves it and it works perfectly - the reviews mentioning distortion must have installed it with tape in the middle or across the entire mirror and the wall back was not plumb or true or something - I found 4 in the corners and just press it on easy and let it maintain it's own form and it works great.

This is probably an ‘off label’ use, but when the side view mirror on my wife’s 2004 Volvo simple fell off- the mirror only, leaving the backing, motor etc fully functional, Volvo said they’d have to replace the whole unit- 500$ PLUS labor. With no idea that mirrors were made of anything but glass, through Amazon I came across this- bought it- made a paper pattern of the mirror backing, traced it out, cut it out with a jig saw (fine tooth/metal blade- mirror side down) and refined the edges with a belt sander (WEAR A DUST MASK!!). Pealed the backing, put it on . Voila!. It has worked perfectly, remains with view as good as new, not troulbled by rains, wind, etc.

I bought this sheet for three projects, which meant cutting it up: a 6" round replacement mirror, a 2" x 3" rectangle to re-direct a parking laser beam, a 1" round replacement inspection mirror. I used a Dremel hand router mostly, and a fine tooth coping saw. Then a drum sander to finish the edges. When the blue protective coating was finally pulled off, they were beautiful and worked perfectly. The mirror coat is highly reflective but fragile - I applied masking tape to protect it during fabrication. The 4 stars are due to some some minor wavyness detected which was barely detectable in these smaller pieces. The leftover pieces are being kept for future projects. Highly recommended.

It scratches very very easily. For the price it’s not a bad purchase and my 1yr old can still see herself.

Summary: The product is sold as advertised.Cons: The mirror is warped, however you can only tell at a distance of 10 feet. Close up everything looks fine. Admittedly, I have it pinned up in my workstation so I can see who is behind me. The clips I am using might have something to do with the warped reflection. Being that the edges are square, it is possible to nick yourself on the corners--they are not beveled.Pros: It's a reflective surface and comes shipped with plenty of padding and a plastic covering to ensure that it won't be scratched during shipment.In short, it's a 12in x 12in mirror.
