EXACTLY what you need without 1,000 unknown chemicals to make it taste like synthetic ice cream. Amazing product and mixes great. It’s not going to taste like a scoop of ice cream...but it taste great as is and mixes great with oatmeal and smoothies. Great recovery protein, low fat and great value. Exactly what I wanted without a million ingredients I didn’t ask for. VERY good on a sensitive stomach. I switched from bsn and ghost because of this. I ended up reacting to one of the 90 ingredients I don’t need in all the other ones so far. I take my shake before and after the gym so it’s definitely a huge plus. I’ve tried over 10 now and found my protein. FINALLY a product without a novel for ingredients under 50

As someone who generally hates the taste of protein powders the vanilla one was great! I use it in my smoothies and it tastes so good and smells amazing. The protein powder does not have the chalky taste that many other brands have which I liked. Definitely recommend especially for the price.

I have a sweet tooth and this surprised me. First one I made it with just water and I couldn’t drink it, so now I make it: 1 scoop, 1 cup pf ice, 1 cup of frozen strawberries, pinch of salt and cinnamon and it tastes just like strawberry milkshake. It smells just like it tastes btw. I love how full it makes me and the calories are really low. My mom is not a protein gal and she loves it too! I’ve been taking it for a month now and it has helped a lot. I gain 3 pounds of muscle and lost 1% of fat after I started taking it, of course with a balanced diet. If you like sweet I recommend, I got the vanilla ice cream.

I thought since I love this product so much I should leave a review. Rule 1 has been the only protein powder I'll use. The flavor and texture is the best I've ever had. Rule 1 is not chalky/gritty. It's smooth, no brand i've tried has been smooth and delicious. R1 use to have a hazelnut flavor that I miss, but currently I'm mixing the strawberries and creme with single cup oikos protein greek yogurt (triple berry is the best) and almond milk. I let my 7 year old taste it, and she said it tastes like denimal drink.

Delicious taste. Blends smooth and creamy. Great source of protein and keeps you full.

The price is right, and this protein tastes great and mixes well. What more can you want?
