Very Aromatic and Packed Full
I was amazed opening this package -- it smelled like an Indian restaurant in itself! They packed the herbs so tight in this container, I had to make sure not to make a mess opening it. I bought this just to make mutter / matar paneer, and I think it's even more of a key ingredient than I originally thought. Tastes good, cooks great, nice quality, good price.

This is a very pungent spice. The kind of aroma you get when you walk into an Indian restaurant or maybe a cheap motel. But it tastes good when you pour it on top of already cooked vegetables.

surprise
I was looking for an fragrant herb power that I used to use to make bread. Then I found this one which sounded like what I was using. I thought I would like to give it a try. I was pleased that this one had very similar aroma to the one I used, but not as strong and green. However, the product seems a bit old and the package bottle is of very soft plastic, which may spoil the herbs. By the way, I ground the leaves to make powder.
