ifergoo Air Dry Clay, 24 Colors Magic Foam Modeling Clay for Kids

My daughter loves this; very soft and fun to create. I wanted the containers so that I didn't have to bother with bags. We had one container that had a broken lid so a small portion of the clay was dried but otherwise good. I think the tools are helpful for any kit you buy, but the booklet was a little pointless (not really step by step and it just leaves you disappointed ha). But just let the kids be creative. However, my advice is to have them make a plan in advance. For more advanced ideas, the clay can start to dry out if you take too long, even as you're working with it (esp if really small parts) making it difficult to stick together. This set is fine, but it would've been nice if it came with keychain parts too.

The kids loved this clay set. There is a variety of colors. The containers are air tight and the clay is soft and moldable. It dries fairly quickly after making the creation. It is a great clay and relatively mess free. This product is great and I would highly recommend.

I am so happy with this air dry clay. I originally got it to use for slime, but the colors were so vibrant and the feel of it is so nice we didnt want to waste it in slime. We have been making stuff with it and it dries up very nice with no cracks or anything. The containers are very air tight and have kept it nice and fresh. Absolutely LOVE this air dry clay!!

This was alot of fun and My Grandaughter had a ball making pictures that she then made in to pins. It's easy to work with lighter then playdough but you can roll it and shape it simiularly. She was able to make face and add eyes and mouth's and colored hair and it had a 3D look to it and once it dries a lapel pin could be glued on the back . We made little tiny containers by rolling it and coiling it for both bottom and lid. The sad thing is that dispite carefully putting all the lids on them. They hardened so we only got to use them once. There was alot of waste that way. It would be perfect for a gathering or party of kids to do crafts. But for us it was a one time use.

The kids liked the clay and it was fast drying.

This clay was perfect for the kids. Light, easy to mold, a nice variety of colors, and air dries quickly! They loved how it still had a little "squish" to it once it dried!There were a few clay colors that were dried out, but we contacted the company and they responded quickly and are sending us replacements.

Quite a nice clay kit for such a low price. I purchased this to repair a doll who lost a finger and was able to mold one in the flesh colored clay and glue it on. These clays are mixable, so a touch of the brown clay blended in made the perfect flesh color match. Also repaired a sculpture that had a crack with the grey clay. Good for pottery too. You will find many things to use this for around the house. I may be inspired to build a few clay projects because this could be fun. By the way, all of my clay was moist and fresh. I chose this kit because each color was in a separate container that sealed closed. (Some others for sale had cellophane only.)

Gefällt uns sehr gut! Kleine Dosen, aber dafür viele Farben. Riecht gar nicht, fühlt sich nass und geschmeidig, aber hinterlässt keinen Fettfilm oder so. Kinder werden damit bestimmt viel Spass haben! Danke

Some of the clay is dry

Die Enkeltochter hat sich sofort ans Kneten gemacht und war begeistert. Leider hatte eine Dose keinen Deckel und somit die Knete hart. Aber für den Preis kann man das vernachlässigen.

This is very easy to use, and makes super light, foamy objects. It's strangely slimey at first, and you expect to get all messy, but there's no residue.It takes impressions really well (see the leaf imprints), and I was surprised that the colours mixed so well. The box contains bright hues (a lot of pinks and blues), but I was easily able to create more muted tones and marbling.I've included 3 pics of creations I liked, and 1 pic of ones I was not so happy with.For detail, it can be a learning curve, tricky to get things right before the clay dries, and if 2 undried pieces touch, you won't get them apart (unlike polymer clay). iI dries on the outside first while the inside can still be quite soft, so I had to be careful how I held pieces whilst working on them else they squished out of shape. Also, you'll see in the pics that I couldn't blend in some pieces I attached as the outer layers were already dried.You can soften it with just 1 drop of water, and use less than this to join pieces, but some colours do run. The orange cat in the pics bled orange on to the chest when I added water to join them, giving him a bit of a collar.I would also recommend painting small eyes, as the black can be quite dull, and putting in tiny tiny clay dots needs a gentle hand and precision to get it right first time.This would be great for kids, especially as results are instant, but I also recommend for adults with a creative streak. A couple of friends have seen them and wanted to play too.

Ich hab es nicht geglaubt, aber meine Neunjährige hat die Knete zum Geburtstag bekommen und am nächsten Morgen ihre ersten Werke präsentiert. Die hat sie nach der beigefügten Anleitung völlig alleine gemacht. Und ich war total überrascht, was sie so alles gebastelt hat und wie gut das aussah. Die Anleitung scheint also für Kinder sehr erfolgführend zu sein.
