Purchased these panniers about a year ago, but wanted to get some time, weather, and miles on them before submitting this review; happy to report they are an excellent value for the price! Just used them riding about 400 miles along the Erie canal with 3 days being in the rain. Everything inside remained bone dry, closure is easy and really like the buckle across the middle which helps to keep the seal tight from unraveling. These have the mounting brackets higher up on the bags than others, and as such had to mount them off the upper bar of my rear rack making it more challenging each day to mount my trunk bag over them. Bought a trunk bag that secures in the rear along the sides rather than a single strap that must be fed underneath the rack across to the opposite side - this solved the access issue. I ride a Lectric Xpress ebike, your bike/rear rack may not have this issue, but be aware of it. This is a quality made product, like how the carry handles also release the mounting hooks, very easy to get on and off - would definitely buy again

I am starting to bikepack. I have used other paneers on several guided tours so I’m familiar with the features of various styles. These have all the features one would want like, waterproof, roomy, fit standard racks, and have a hook to stabilize against the rack. They seem well made, I’ll try to remember to update how they are holding up in a few years. Overall I am very happy with them. The lower down hook is very adjustable which is a nice touch. However, the latches that allow adjustment come off easily when released. I can see how you could lose one if you don’t lock it back down. RockBros give you extra ones and I put them in the bottom of the bag just in case. The release for the top clips works very well and I was able to remove and put a paneer back on while standing over my bike. The only problem is the bag is big enough that I have to be careful I don’t overpack 😆

Good value. Durable and easy to take on and off as needed. The release handles sometimes get under the clamps at the top of the bag if I'm not careful. Easy to adjust to any carrier. They hold a ton of stuff. Definitely water proof and flexible. I wasn't keen to the idea of having bags hanging on my bike at first, but during my first trip, I found that they didn't affect my bike at all. Very convenient to have, rain coat, food, bike lock, etc. The price didn't break the bank eitther.

I purchased this because the reviews were mostly favorable and it looked solid. The waterproof bag I believe will withstand a torrential rainstorm. However after 5 days of commuting one of the screws attaching the rack mount to the bag came off causing the bag to wave in the wind affecting bike stability. UPDATE: The seller reached out out a couple of days after the original review and provided a new bag. Been using the new bag for over a week and have had NO problems - it has worked great. I would have given the bag 5 stars, except for the fact that the first bag had problems. The positive features of the bag include: 1.) Bag is made of a heavy duty materials which I expect to last a long time. 2.) The mount holds up nicely for pot hole laden roads (Though as mentioned at the top the first bag had a problem where the screw attaching the mount to the bag fell out after 5 days)...The second bag is doing much better. 3.) Nice laptop sleeve in the interior of the bag and a pocket to hold keys and my company badge to make for quick retrieval upon arriving at work 4.) The bag is huge and it can contain a change of clothes, laptop, Bose headphones, Kryptonite evolution lock, spare inner tubes, and repair tools Some things to be aware, the bag is heavier than some of the other bags I have used over the years. But I think that weight is because of the material durability. Also, the handles are very skinny, which makes the bag uncomfortable to carry around. It would be very nice if they had a shoulder strap. Would I buy this bag again: Yes! Rockbros stood behind the product and made things right. The bag is great for my commute.

I used these bags riding the GAP and part of the C&O trails. They worked great! It was a long trip in a LOT of rain and mud. They stayed perfectly waterproof the entire time, but it’s not a bad idea to line them with heavy duty plastic bags just to be safe. I thought they were pretty easy to put on and off the bike. I don’t love that all the clips that hook to the bike racks are plastic and one did get lost. The bags have ample storage space for my sleeping gear, clothes, food, etc. These aren’t ultralight bags, they have the weight and feel of your typical outdoors dry gear bag. I think these are very reasonably priced compared to ortlieb bags and do the same job!

Nice large bags, not the sturdiest of materials but works well for the price and light rides.. I’m happy with the purchase.

I bought 2 of these bags for my bicycle commute needs. These are budget priced bags, so my expectations are not at premium level. After almost a year riding in all 4 seasons worth of weather, I have a sense of their quality. The bag material keeps everything inside dry and protected from moisture. The material shows some scrapes, and I expect eventually, branches, rocks, and other debris from the bike paths will wear through the exterior. For now, the material still functions well. The mounting hardware is this bag's weak point. On both my bags, I have had the top clips and the bottom clip break. The clips are made of plastic, and they may be designed a little too thin or of too brittle a plastic for the purpose. My clips broke during the winter, so perhaps the cold weather makes the plastic more brittle. The good news is that RockBros customer service has been excellent. They respond to emails promptly with easy to follow instructions. They also showed a commitment to make things right and make me a happy customer. The bag's interior is fine. I like the amount of space. However, the taper at the bottom of the bag makes fitting some items awkward. Also, the bottom is not designed to allow the bag to stay in a standing veritcal position when resting on the floor. I usually detatch these bags from my bicycle at work/home, and so I am packing and unpacking with them on the floor. It would be great if the bags did not fight me by flopping over to the side. The interior pockets provided are not great. They are a little too small and flat to hold anything useful. I am able to fit my 14" laptop in one of the pockets, but it is a tight fit. Otherwise, I ignore the pockets. Some day, I may upgrade to more premium pannier bags, but for now, I am happy with this purchase.

Spacious, waterproof, rugged and the orange looks awesome.
