I am very very satisfied with the product. The spacers and screws perfectly hold up my monitor without shaking, very easy to install and very cheap. Don't ask just buy it, its that good.

Not enough space on the clamp for the desk I use had to use a wedge but still very good arm I got on sale also it can indeed spin 360 but it was very tight out of the box and I didn't know it could! And the 360 spin is only for the monitor not the arms. I recommend if you want a sturdy arm that you do not intend to move around freely.
