Adds great Umami
Great flavor I grew up with and easy to use. It adds a nice savory taste to soups, meats, vegetables, and sauces. Use sparingly- A little goes a long way.

Awesomeness in a bottle
This stuff is incredible. I have always liked salty stuff like Vegemite which to me this has a similar flavor profile. I have used Maggi seasoning on just about everything including salads made of fresh vegetables (think of it like using a vinaigrette). Soak some hard boiled eggs in this for a few days 😋. I live in a backwards town in a Red state that ranks dead last in about every desirable category so like many things available in the modern world, I can’t find this in local stores so I was thrilled to see it available at AMZ.

Take your dishes to the next level!
This has been my go to soy sauce umami seasoning for over 20 years. It bumps anything you make up a notch. I added it to all kinds of fried rice, Spanish rice and beans, and it is excellent in a marinade for chicken, pork or beef. I also use it as a substitute for standard soy sauce when it comes to sushi.

It's Maggi. Not much to say, tis a flavor enhancer, similar to soy sauce but subtly not. Only gave 4 stars because this seller has sent a two-pack twice without bubble-wrapping the bottles. I've received a soaking, glass shard permeated package twice now.

Gigantic bottle of the perfect Secret Ingredient
Holy moly. This is a big bottle. This is like a lifetime supply of deliciousness and the ultimate secret ingredient. Great value for money but the bottle is a bit massive and unwieldy, so it’s easy to over pour it. The seasoning and taste maggi offers is unbeatable though, I’ll add a little here and there to everything. It adds a wonderful rich salty umami flavour. A little will go a very long way, you don’t need much to really bring any dish to life.

Great for Asian dishes
This tastes great on Asian dishes. Adds a nice umami flavor without being overpowering. The roasted taste really enhances stir-fries and noodle dishes. Good size bottle that lasts a while. Easy to use and mixes well into cooking. Definitely keeps this stocked in my kitchen now.
