The Witcher: Ronin (Manga)

If you enjoyed the Witcher series and enjoy comic books/Japanese manga then you’ll love it! If you enjoy the Witcher series, but don’t like comic books and/or Japanese manga them pick this up! It’s worth it. Great “quest type of storyline,” and hope they continue with more it. 10 out of 10 recommend it.

I love this book so far, this is a must buy if your a huge Witcher fan like me!!!

I love it , i am still confused about the dialogue like do i read it from left to right or right to left , i don’t know I don’t care .. I’m here for geralt!

This could so easily be stretched into a continuing story of melded mythos! To add a version of Dandelion, Yennifer,and more tales of sorceresses...there ARE some things going on,revolving around the happenings of a tea house the geisha,performers,bookkeepers,and patrons all stay around there despite odd things that just keep happening to them...

Solid first entry. Looking forward to the next volume. Really nice spin on classic witcher characters along with thoughtful incorporation of Japanese folklore. The Beastiary in the back is a particular highlight for me as it gives historical info on the monsters in the story and shares how they were altered to incorporate into the story.

This is glorious. The colors and style really feel like old Japanese paintings. The writing is great. This is a solid win. If you like the Witcher even a little bit, you'll find something to like about this. Now I have to wait for the next volume...

Personally im hoping for a Manga Vol 2 of Witcher Ronin and a game of to go with it

Huge Witcher fan there... Love the alternative version of the story! So much fun! High Quality printing and beautiful art! I thought this book was just a short story but seems there will be another volumes as story isn't ending there! Looking forward to the next edition!

As a fan of the witcher games, this manga is a good history to continue the adventures of the witcher's world

I really dig the art style, it's a pretty interesting story and I can't wait for the 2nd volume!

Primo volume di una nuova serie di avventure del mitico Witcher, ambientato nei paesaggi e cultura orientale. La qualità della stampa e della carta è molto buona, lo stile dei disegni è molto particolare e in generale l'ambientazione riesce nell'intento di proporre uno stile tutto nuovo del Witcher. Geralt armato stavolta di due katane (una d'argento e una d'acciaio ovviamente) viaggerà alla ricerca di ciri affrontando mostri della mitologia giapponese.Non mancano i temi più famosi interessanti del mondo di the Witcher come mostri di diversa natura e forma, da quelli bestiali a quelli più scaltri e inquietanti; oppure le complicate scelte morali che si presentano di volta in volta al protagonista. Invece le scene dei combattimenti non brillano e i dialoghi sono alle volte sbrigativi. La trama principale della ricerca di Ciri può risultare ripetitiva, ma sicuramente c'è spazio per migliorare nei prossimi capitoli. In generale penso che questo nuovo arco narrativo trasportato in oriente sia riuscito molto bene a livello di design.
