Needs better instructions.
Perhaps it is because it is a universal fit, but the brackets did not line up well. Grant it, if you tighten them and hope they don't strip, it will grab the lip and seems to be okay. I feel I might be missing something, but the instructions don't have any specific instructions on where the inside of the bracket should sit, or if its not supposed to sit at all and is merely serving as a way to tighten the outside bracket part.

Does not fit Chevy Express.
Bought for a Chevy Express and it doesn't have the correct flanges that pinch on the rain rails. If you set the low on rail the other part interferes with doors. If you mount high on the part of the drip rail it is not secure and would pull off. Absolute waste of time.

Good product, easy to assemble
I really liked this product, I was able to assemble it by myself without needing another person. I recommend following the manual to assemble it since it is very heavy and would be dangerous if you assemble it incorrectly.

Good price but...
Good price on racks but had to modify one clamp so as not to interfere with the side doors on my Ford E250 van. Also had to get some longer bolts for the four vertical clamp adjusters. Crossbars came scratched in several places. I had to spray paint them to keep them from rusting.
