Wow, just wow! I bought this because 1) it fits in my coffee machine & 2) the price & 3) the good reviews. None of which could have prepared me for just how great this mug is! It keeps my coffee hot. And I do t mean just hot, I mean HOT! And for a VERY LONG TIME! And here’s the amazing part, I’ve had mugs twice the price and they burn your hand for a few minutes while keeping your coffee warm, then cold! This thing has coffee almost to hot to drink inside it and it stays cool to the thought the entire time. You don’t even need a coaster! I only have good things to say about this. Fits 12oz of coffee and enough room to add sugar/creamer/etc…. My only question is what are you waiting for, don’t waste money on huge travel much you can’t take anywhere cause they don’t fit anywhere, and but this amazing mug that packs more bang for you buck that Starbucks!

This was a nice mug while I had it. A few negatives right off bat would be that it can be a little hard to grip... which is what lead to it breaking. It isn't particularly heavy, the top is just rather wide and apparently a little cheap; as it completely cracked from a small drop. HOWEVER, this mug is what you would want. It keeps things nice and warm for long, it's easy to drink out of; and while I wasn't able to test it for ice, I'm sure it would hold fine.

Tumbler itself is awesome and it works great. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. Looks nice and stainless interior is easy to clean. The issue is the lid. The slide isn't removable, at least not easily. This makes it very difficult to clean under the slide (and you will need to). You can pry it out and snap it back in, but I don't suspect it would last long doing that. It also closes both the drinking portion AND vent, so heat or carbonation could push the lid up and loose (had this happen with a instant latte that has a "foaming" ingredient). If you already bought this one, there are options for lids. I bought some 20oz yeti magnetic style replacement lids and they work perfectly. Size to look for is: 80mm/3.15" interior diameter, 87mm/3.42" exterior diameter, and 22mm/0.9" thick. I'd love to recommend this one, but needing to buy a new lid to go with it kind of kills any value.

This cup has been excellent. The lid doesn't leak, so I can carry it around without worrying about spills, which is a huge plus. It also does a great job of keeping my coffee hot until I finish it. I don't have to rush to drink it before it gets cold, and it maintains the temperature much longer than expected. Overall, this is a 5-star product that I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable travel mug.

Works very well keeping coffee warm. Seals so well that the top is difficult to remove unless you open the drink spout (good thing). A bit heavy when full but decent nonslip outside.
