Good product, learn how to use..
Moist heating is a science.Plz learn how to accurately heat ((place in water and allow it to boil) this pack ,seal in plastic wrap,and again in a dry towel before use clearly from your physiotherapist..I didn't know initially and had ordered a return but was later realized my mistake, product is excellent..

Great product. Works same as it is at a physiotherapy clinic.
Bring the water to rolling boil ( uaballo bhoot jyada ). Then keep the gas on and submerge the pack in boiling water, cover the vessel and let it boil in it for 5 more minutes. Then it is ready to use. ( ROLL THE HOT PACK IN 2 TOWELS, DO NOT USE DIRECTLY)
