My items were securely packed when delivered which was good.The items themselves look like they are well made with no faults of any kind.Tried both the 240v & USB lead and all working fine.

This charger does work - but only if you’re extremely careful about compatibility.Despite being listed as “universal,” this is strictly for Braun 12V models only. If your shaver is 5V or 2.3V (which many Braun models are), this will not work at all. Even within the same Series number, there are different voltages and connector types, so checking just the series (3, 5, 7, 9) isn’t enough.In my case, it looked compatible on paper but wasn’t once it arrived. The product description does explain the voltage differences, but it’s very easy to miss - and inserting the plug the wrong way also prevents charging, which adds another point of confusion.Build quality itself seems fine, the cable length is decent, and the LED indicator is useful. If you definitely have a compatible 12V Braun model and double-check the type number and connector orientation, it should be fine.Bottom line:Not a bad charger, but far from foolproof. Check your model, check the voltage, check the connector - then check it again. A 4/5 due to how easy it is to order the wrong one.

Charger works well with my shaver.

Bought it as a replacement charger for the Braun lady shaver. Seems to work fine. It has a small LED that lights up when the plug is plugged in. Came with a little brush which was handy

Needed to buy a new shaver charger, as many brain products don’t fit a standard 2 pin bathroom socket. This has done the trick.

The charger did not work with my Braun series 9 shaver despite listing it as a compatible model. I was traveling and did not have an opportunity to return it.
