Take at least 4CM off the length.
I bought this so I could use a fairly narrow cabinet - 34cm wide - as a wardrobe. The description states it's fine for 31cm or above. It's not.Why? Because you have to screw in the two anchor points from the inside, and they're 2cm on each end. I screwed them in, only to discover there wasn't enough give to get the rail in there. You can't screw them in from the outside of the cabinet, as the pointed screws would interfere with the pole.I'm returning this, it's not fit for the purpose it's advertised for.

Perfect for a small wardrobe
I got this to make a small wardrobe after removing all the shelves. It is strong and study.Only thing is, use longer screws and the correct plugs. This will hold it up. Screws that came with it are too short.

"Measure twice fit/cut once"The bar is fine, just what I ordered but even extended it didn't fit, my fault.Check the measurement before ordering.
