Overpriced - a bit of a gimmick but fun
This is a slightly overpriced gimmick that has been fairly well thought out in terms of marketing but as an actual product, it's not really all that.Basically, if you go into any bargain alcohol shop in the UK you can find the equivalent of this drink for about 7 quid. The only difference is that it may not be blue and the marketing may not be as good.I think that in many ways the designers of this product have known exactly what they were doing when they got a cheap bubbly drink, made it blue and put it into a champers bottle and marketed it as a great celebratory drink! In some ways, it is but you can not escape the fact that what you are dealing with here is a cheap, peachy and very childish drink. It is very average and a bit of fun but that's all it is.

This is not prosecco
This bottle is over £25 and is called prosecco. It is not prosecco it’s so sweet like an alco pop, not dry like prosecco and only 7%.Wrongly advertised as it is not what the label says!I bought two of these very disappointed only drank one bottle. Waste of money.

We liked it a lot.
This is one of those drinks that doesn’t quite fit any of the categories. Is it champagne or is it sparkling wine? To me, it sits somewhere in between. As far as the colour goes, that’s pretty unique in this field. It’s surprising how the colour can affect your taste buds. It’s about the same colour as my mouthwash! It arrives in a 75cl bottle and is well protected against damage. It has a champagne style cork, and it gives a very satisfying pop when it’s opened. Pour it slowly or it will go everywhere. It so happened that I received this just over a week ago and so decided to open it on the Platinum Jubilee Day so that we could toast the Queen. There were five of us and between us, we polished off the bottle pretty quickly. It’s strange that most of us like dry wines and this drink is very sweet. However, we all enjoyed it. Another strange thing is that I don’t like peaches and this drink has quite a strong peach flavour, but I still liked it.Is it worth the £25 asking price? I would say yes, but I’m sure some others would disagree and that’s the nature of the game. If you got something to celebrate, and you can’t afford real champagne (who can?) then this is ideal in my opinion. If nothing else, it will create a good talking point.Overall, we liked it a lot. I hope that helps.

Very very sweet
I can't say I've ever had blue wine before (I have tried a blue WKD though) so I wasn't sure what to expect but at the same time it wasn't what I expected. It is a corked bottle and easy enough to remove - it didn't ping off the end. It has a slight fizz to it but it was very, very sweet and quite thick with it. The only thing I could think to compare it to is a bottle of JP Chenet Cassis - very fruity and light on the alcohol so I feel like I'd end up drinking it more like juice. It did leave a bit of a thick sugary taste in my mouth (although glad to see I didn't turn blue!). I just wouldn't buy this - especially at £24.99 - I'd say it's more like £6-£8 a bottle at a push.

Blue bubbly that tastes like Asti!
Like bubbles? How about a colourful one? This is the Fratelli Saraceni BLUMOND Blue Bubbly 750ml, 7% ABV In Glass Cork Bottle. This bottle of bubbles is very unique, mainly because if its colour...blue! Reminds me if Blue WKD, those nights in the early 2000s oh my! But pricy for a big bottle of that, and slightly more strong.Tasting is much like Asti Spumante, I cannot taste much difference to be honest, except that Asti is a third of the price! But to be honest I do prefer sparkling wine as opposed the standard, and I am a sucker for champagne, but this is almost half as weak but the same price?!?Although I would say the colour is a major talking point at parties, and folk are really interested in tasting. But I bet blind tasting they wouldn't know the difference...Overall I'd only recommend this as a special treat or a premium gift for someone who likes blue. Otherwise save some cash and get some Asti!

Reviewed for you 🫶🏼
I'm not an alcohol lover but I found this Italian sparkling wine interesting and understood that it would be a perfect gift for friends on their anniversary. The alcoholic drink looks like something special, blue liquid and tasty. It is certainly an unusual drink with a rather sweet and lighter taste compared to other sparkling drinks. The depth of flavor can be enjoyed in a glass of white wine at a cool temperature. The drink does not have too much alcohol but it will make you dizzy. I found a combination of several colors, but I stopped at this blue, which has a more attractive shade, plus it is quite advertised and considered a pretty good drink. I think it's worth trying, or at least giving as an elegant gift. Delivery was fast and well packed, also you will be asked for age proof 🔞

Like a white wine, a fruit beer and a blue WKD had a baby
This is an engagingly weird drink, like a Belgian fruit beer, a sweet white wine and a bottle of blue WKD had a baby. There are plenty of people who won’t like it, but we did. There’s an initial alcopop sweetness to it, appealing to the sweet tooth, which is then followed by a gently tart and more mature follow-on taste that’s the less vinegary excesses of a white wine, or even the tang of a gueuze beer. It makes for an interesting sip, and very drinkable. It sparkles more gently than many sparkling wines, and it’s definitely not burp juice.Inevitably, the blue colour of this drink will make it a novelty item. The colour (exactly like blue WKD) will make people expect an alcopop, then the sweet-sour cross that follows won’t be to everyone’s tastes. All of which is a bit of a shame, as this ends up being a rather good drink that’s more than just a novelty blue bubbly.
