Fun game and a creative way to learn!
This is a very fun game and also a great way for kids to learn about different diseases and parts of the body. The game is entertaining for the whole family and works well for family game night with kids and adults. The rules are very easy to understand - it only takes about 5–7 minutes to read and learn how to play. The rounds move quickly, so the game has a nice pace and keeps everyone engaged. I also really like the container - the cards come in a cute book-style box, which looks great and keeps everything organized. While playing, adults can explain more about the different diseases mentioned in the game, which makes it a fun learning opportunity for kids. For the amount of fun and replay value, it’s definitely good value for money. Overall, it’s easy to learn and very enjoyable to play together.

This game is original, fun, and a must-have for every family.
This was one of the best games I've ever played. We played last night with 5 players, ranging in age from 8 to 80. We all had a great time of strategy, revenge, passing the common cold to each other, and attacking organs. We made good use of the vaccine and immunity cards while doing an audit of each other's hands. Lots of action! Highly recommended!

So much fun — hilariously clever and surprisingly strategic!
So much fun — hilariously clever and surprisingly strategic! Organ Attack has quickly become one of my favorite card games to play with friends and family. The concept is brilliant — you’re literally battling each other’s organs — and it makes for endless laughter and funny table talk. The artwork is adorable and witty, and the cards are packed with clever humor that keeps everyone entertained. What I love most is that it’s easy to learn but still has enough strategy to keep things interesting. Games move quickly, so we always end up playing multiple rounds. It’s also the kind of game that works with both casual players and people who really like to get competitive. If you’re looking for a party game that’s quirky, creative, and guaranteed to bring out some big laughs, Organ Attack is a must-have. Highly recommend it for game nights — it never fails to be a hit!

Love it!
Quick to learn, fun to play! I work in a pathology office and the residents loved it- my husband and several non med people easily played with us with no less enjoyment. The little book it comes in is FANTASTIC! NO need for bulky boxes that fill a whole shelf. Sleek and fits like a small novel on the shelf

Danger - it may break your friendship
Great themed card game. I've been playing with my residency friends for annual get together for past 4 years. I don't bring the whole box though it comes with clever "book box" container, I put it in paper card deck case x2. Easy to take it with me. This game has caused much fun, laughter, thrill, anxiety, and argument. You don't need medical background or knowledge to play but if you do, it adds additional level of depth (more like appreciation) to the game. Some instructions are not super clear such as using vaccines & making people sleep - we improvised and implemented our own rules that made sense. Such a great fun. Unfortunately this game has caused such a strain in our friendship among few of our friends. Play it with caution. It's best to play with 4 people. Definitely worth playing at least once or twice.

So much fun, for ages 8 or 9 to 90+!! Biology knowledge NOT required!
This is probably my family's favorite card or board game of all time. It is so much fun, it's easy to learn, and it gets super competitive very quickly, making you want to play again and again and again!! We have introduced it to our 10 year old, older family members, diverse sibling and cousin groups, and friends, and they all want to play again ASAP! Each player in my family has fine tuned strategy at this point, but the game is versatile enough that a low pressure approach also works for those looking for a relaxed game. Learning the game can seem daunting... until you just go for it and start playing, that is. "Organ" cards are dealt evenly among 2, 3, 4, or 6 players, and each player gets a five card "attack" card hand; the player who receives the "wild organ (black organ card)" goes first. The cards in your "attack hand" tell you exactly what they're capable of doing, so once you learn how many attacks get your organs out and that 🔥 cards can be played at any time, you are ready to jump right in and learn the rest as you go. It helps to let a new player look through the deck and discuss cards/ask questions before gameplay begins. We also keep a new player's first game pretty low key, allowing them to ask questions as needed without pouncing on them quite so mercilessly as the competitive nature of the game drives you to do. Once you've got it figured out, you can grab the expansion pack! It is designed for team play, (and it's tons of fun utilized as such,) but as a family of three we have pulled several of its cards into our main deck because they add new facets to the game. I paid full price for this game and the expansion pack, lest you think this review is in any way influenced by anything other than my love of it! Do yourself a favor and pick it up!!

Fun game for adults…not 8 as suggested
I originally purchased this as a Xmas gift for my daughter who is a pretty advanced 8 year old but my husband and I and our adult friends decided to demo it beforehand. It’s rather complicated! It was fun and amusing how the ailments can attack and kill the organs but I think rather difficult for anyone under a teen to really grasp.

Great game
I love this game! It takes a minute to learn but once you get it down it’s so fun to play. It’s a game that can last 30 minutes to an hour.

Fun and educational
This game is so much fun and very educational about the body and things that can go wrong. Straight away we looked into expansion packs (unfortunately these are no longer available) and even thought about all the other organs that could be included.

This game is SO much fun
This game is so much fun and made us all laugh the whole time we played, and we PLAYED lol. Its a 2-6 player game for ages 8+ and was perfect for us on Christmas. Its high quality and comes nicely packaged, exactly as pictured in the listing, and its not at all difficult to learn how to play which is good for us since we were all a bit intoxicated while learning and playing. The art is awesome and its somewhat educational regarding human organs which is pretty cool. You do need a fair amount of space to play it, and each game lasted a while (60-90min, though we were smoking a turkey while playing too so we had some breaks). We played as a group of 5 and things got intense but still fun at different points, especially when it got down to 2 players attacking each other. It was so funny that everyone stood around and watched even if they weren't playing. I highly recommend Organ Attack. Not too many card games like this out there, especially ones you can play with only 2 people or that can accommodate up to 6 players and easy to boot.. I spent a lot of time looking before I found this one honestly. Anyway, get this game. You won't be disappointed!

Unique and really fun!!
Super fun game!!!! Crowd favourite every games night. ( I'm always asked to bring "that organ game") I like how it never feels repetitive, and it's especially fun with more people bc there's so much going on, but it's pretty easy to get a hang of. Very unique game, 10/10 recommend. Only thing I wish were different, is the "book box" that the cards come in. I wish that I were maybe a magnet to close it or something a bit more secure so the cards don't slide around everywhere.
