I have been feeling as if I’m losing elasticity in my upper legs, buttocks area. I’m getting older and don’t move as much as I should. I keep this in the arm rest of my sofa and pull it out and stretch while I’m watching TV. Very easy to implement on the daily to help increase flexibility and overall health of muscles. Good quality, worth every penny. Been using for about a month and it has helped me immensely.

This is way better than I thought very sturdy and well built the stretch is deep and very good very easy to use functionality.

After understanding I was going to need to stretch my lower body more frequently, I came across a product online that looked like it could make stretching easier called the Castle Flexx. I was ready to buy it and saw the price and could not bring myself to purchase it at it's higher price point. I looked online to find alternatives that would be able to stretch the achilles and plantar fascia and this product was fairly well reviewed and the price was low enough that if it didnt work, it was worth trying. I bought one of these stretching straps and am very happy with it. This, in part, has greatly improved my stretching cadence (easier/fun to do, getting results) and results were fairly quick. I've since purchased a second one to have in a different area of my home to have to make stretching more convenient. I also chose to purchase the second one because one of the handles had tore at the seams, and while it still works great, lost a star due in my book since it did not hold up over a month. Reinforcing the sewing would be a welcomed enhancement.

This is a standard leg stretch strap. It is well made and designed. The Plantar Facia stretch really makes it versatile. It works well.

I have lower back problems and sciatica. The pain i get makes it tough to walk. I just used this strap after a day of yard work yesterday and working on my car today. Wow it does make a difference. I stretched each leg 10 minutes or so. The loops in the strap allow your forearms thru to hold your leg up. Also can work your arms. Cheap device that seems to work well.

I got these to replace a pair I’ve had a few years. After using them once, I knew I didn’t like them. Everything is a little lighter and less sturdy and while it seems ok at first, the experience is much different. Grabbing the velcro to unzip is a pain. I mean, getting a grip, especially if you’re wearing gym gloves. And the straps don’t fold up neatly for storage. Everything is just cheaper and less well made.

This is exceptional for stretching the hamstrings, achilles heel, calf muscles. However, reversing it for quadricep (thigh muscle) stretching is suboptimal for myself. Either I'm putting it on wrong or something because I don't get much out of it for thigh stretching while facedown, but I use it daily, sometimes multiple times a day for the back of my legs. I leave it near the couch and whenever I sit down to watch something I grab it and begin my stretching routine. While I could do the same with a simple strap, this is better, easier to hold onto, easier to progressively stretch (due to the loops), and won't slip off my foot like a strap can.

It's good quality product and help me to relax from platar fasitis and back pain.
