Is there a zippered pocket? There's one in the picture but when I bought one, it did not have the zipper pouch.

Oh! I see what you mean. The extra little zipper compartment. Yeah mine didn't have that one either. To be honest I didn't even notice it when I bought my case.

Could this fit the hori fold up stand above the pouch?

I don't believe it will. The Switch fits pretty snuggly inside with just enough room above for pouch to sit over the console. Really all I was able to fit inside the pouch are the Joycon straps without needing to force down the case to zip it up. It's not roomy, but it does have dedicated room underneath for games, not much room in the pouch or above it.

Will this case work with a Switch Lite using a Nintendo flip case?

Yes it will accommodate a Nintendo Switch. It will also carry a few game discs. My Grandson likes his case and uses it often.
