Works great but makes some noise
Had no problems installing and has worked great but it does have some a little more wiggle room when the receiver goes into it

Buyer be Warned!
I should have read the reviews before purchase. The biggest issues were right in the reviews: 1. The mounting for the hitch has the bolts push up against the muffler. My pictures are hard to see but the bracket that attached to the car has an L shaped piece that then attaches to the rest of the hitch. The bolts used to combine these pieces is what put strain on the muffler. While it won't break it it will cause noise and unnecessary strain on the muffler mounting. 2. The center bracket is too far from the mounting holes on the car. I can fit the better part of my flat hand between the center bracket and bolt holes. This means the center bolts often a) don't line up, or b) are too far to actually grasp the holes. Again picture quality is hard but attempted to show. Yes these issues are fixable, but the installer shouldn't have to fix anything right out of the box/packaging. As for the actual materials, I have no complaints. My vehicle is a 2004 Honda pilot EX-L. My 2 cents, don't buy this. Read the bad reviews it's all true.

Doesn't fit properly.
I am very unhappy with this hitch. The center bolt holes did not line up with the existing holes in the frame on my Honda Pilot. Also, due to the design of the hitch assembly itself the muffler will hit the hitch making a loud thumping noise if you go over a bump and cause the muffler to bounce in the brackets(which is normal). There is approximately 1/4 inch or 6 millimeters between the factory stock muffler and the hitch assembly. I am a machinist by trade and there are no easy fixes for this. I was in a time bind and used this hitch for the task at hand and will be removing it from the vehicle very soon.

My pilot didn’t come with a hitch so I ordered one and this was an easy install. No missing parts. It fit perfectly great quality and it’s definitely weighs like it’s going to last.

It’s heavy duty, but never ordering this again
It’s a good product, but impossible to get on your vehicle. I had to take it to my mechanic and have them weld it on because it gave us so many issues.
