i have order these twice now, once with tabs and once without tabs. both work really well, and i will keep using them for as long as i need to rebuild battery packs for my tools. just as a side note, i still haven't decided whether it's best to use the ones with tabs or the ones without tabs. the batteries themselves are the same, i just don't know whether it's easier to put on two tabs, or to take one off.

Nicely boxed and package. Appears to be a very high build quality. The "paper" on the outside is actually a removable sleeve that is covering a high quality appearing cell. Far better fit, finish and quality (IMHO) than I would have guessed - color me impressed! Will definitely be back for M.O.R.E. p.s. Amazon under packed my item, again. Bubble wrap envelope only. And drivers that show up here love to throw a hail marry onto my porch. But the cells cam through just fine. Ah, their just HIGH ENERGY CELLS. What could happen?

Tested (see photos). I tested one battery at 1 amp discharge rate which I precharged to 1.4 volts. I stopped the battery test at 1.00 volts, if I had gone lower and the battery would have achieved the 2.2 Ah Tenergy stated. At 1 volt * 15 batteries my DeWalt drill would be at 15 volts which would still run the tool. Also I suspect the rating will go higher after several charge/discharge cycles. Passed and recommended.

Not a whole lot to say, I used them to remake a cheap 18v drill battery with a battery spot welder and some nickle strips. This was actually cheaper than buying a new battery and these have a higher maH rating than the original. I didn't do a capacitance test but they seem to hold a charge quite well, better than I remember the original one being so they seem good to me.

I tested 10 against Panasonic/Sanyo KR1800s. These cells are much cheaper than the Panasonics with higher verified capacity and tested out at 1930-2059mAh @ 500mA (Zanflare C4) and a more realistic 1802-1945mAh @ ~2A (8-channel ZB2L3 test rig, best of 3 passes on different channels), median = 1895mAh. Internal resistance ranged from 48-75 mOhms, median=58. Giving them a try in (2) 18V tool packs.

I have an investment in the 18V Dewalt system but my batteries would keep a charge so I decided to rebuild them. I’ve done three so far and my batteries now hold charge and are powerful again. I haven’t come across a single bad cell yet.

Being a "Maker" I was able to 3D print a jig to hold these in alignment to match a power tool battery pack I have not been able to buy batteries for in years. Very happy with the result and have working battery packs that have been sitting for years waiting on my to fix.

Used 8 of these to replace batteries in an older but still functional cordless drill. So far, so good!
