How do you attach strap?

Hello Laura - There are quick release buttons on each side of the frames that release the arms. The straps have the same snap connections as the arms and they plug directly frames in the same spot where the arms were removed. It's very easy to switch them out. Note: the left and right side snaps are specific and need to be used on the correct side. You can look on the inside of the snap and the right side is clearly marked with an "R". Do they fog up if I were on a jog or just sweating?

It's possible but I doubt that would be a consistent problem. Mine have fogged up a couple times in rare situations

Wheres the clear lense option?

how do you remove the foam liner? My package came with no instructions of any kind.

Hello Anne - The removable liner has two connection points on this frame - one near each temple corner. You simply pull the liner off from either side. When you start to pull on the liner at the corner you'll see the connection point before it releases. Then it simply snaps back in place to add the liner back to the frames.
