Sadly I tried to take this magnesium but it gave me awful stomach side effects (sharp pains). I even went down to one pill before bed. This magnesium has great reviews it just wasn’t for my body.

I specifically chose this brand because of the size of the pill is easy to swallow, and also has no taste ! I originally was recommend to take magnesium to help counter balance a birth control side affect . Happy to say, it seems to be working great! After lots of research I found magnesium glycinate helps relieve anxiety and helps for a better nights sleep. Thankfully this product has been a total win for me. I would definitely recommend, I plan to continue purchasing !
