I was a little skeptical at first, but the GUGUG Skin Scrubber truly exceeded my expectations! From the very first use, I noticed how much smoother and cleaner my skin felt. I love that it has multiple modes — cleansing, lifting, moisturizing, and ion+/- — each one adds a nice boost to my skincare routine. It’s like a mini spa treatment at home! Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their skincare routine without spending a fortune.

Update: The company was concerned that I wrote a review and wasn’t satisfied. So they independently sent me a refund and a nice note. So even though I was unhappy with the product, I do give the company 5 stars! If I could give this no stars, I would. This little buzzy thing did absolutely nothing. Why are there so many positive reviews? You’re just scraping your face with a piece of metal. I could do that with a butter knife. There is no lifting, no extraction, you’re literally just scraping dead skin off your face.

I've been using this skin scrubber for about a month. I have mature skin, but I'm prone to congestion, especially around my chin. Since using the scrubber, I feel my skin is getting clearer and has less congestion overall. I believe the scrubber has also helped overall softness through exfoliation. I feel that although I don't get much through the "extraction" in terms of actual gunk on the blade, it has helped to clean out my pores and keep them cleaner. On my nose, my sebaceous filaments have been reduced through oil cleansing and other skin care steps, but I feel the scrubber helps keep them as small as possible. My chin is finally starting to clear up and become smoother and clearer, but it's definitely taking time. I don't think it's reasonable to expect clear, perfect skin overnight, but I do feel this is helping. I have had fewer breakouts since using this device. I'll definitely keep using it and hope to see further improvements. I mostly bought this for the cleansing/scrubbing, but I have also used the infusion and "pulse" functions. The infusion function is great when you're wearing a sheet mask or when you've put on a ton of serums and oils and want them to absorb. I haven't yet seen much in terms of results from the pulse, but I'm honestly not really expecting them either. I'll continue, as I feel it helps with blood flow, which could help my skin's health overall. The instructions for this particular unit are pretty terrible, to be honest. There are some videos and instructions out there for other, similar devices, and you'll probably get a better idea of how to use it from those. Not only are the instructions in the tiniest font known, they're also in poorly translated English and seem to be missing some crucial information. The biggest thing missing is a solid explanation or instructions for all four functions. Cleaning and Lift are fine, but the Ion + and Ion - are left for you to figure out. Also, the point about having your fingers on the side bars while using it seem to have gotten buried. The unit is easy to use and doesn't seem to need charging that often. I don't find the noise bothersome, but it does seem to prevent me from using Amazon Alexa while I use it. So, beware if you're hoping to dictate a message while using this.

Scarcely have i reviewed contraptions. However; must i say this; Thou wast a scoffer, i had of little faith. Then i was able to use it. Bruhhhh it works…… i saw an immedate change. Ive been struggling with oily skin, and the moment i used this thing. My dkin looked much clearer

Not too big of a fan. The attachments it comes with easily slip off while cleaning. This frustrates me. Feels good my skin. Seems like a good skincare tool that causes my skin no disruptions but I just can’t get over the attachments fallen off. I’ve brought a manual face scrubber for the time being.

Made from a decent plastic material, doesn’t feel like it’s going to break anytime soon. It came with little charge so don’t forget to charge it before use (recommended) I’m not sure what technology is being used but it made my skin feel great. I had many whiteheads on my nose and chin, when I scraped it along my problem areas they were literally popping out! It was very easy to use and gentle enough on my skin.

I have used this once a week for three weeks in a row. I am really impressed with the results. A few things to know. Skincare is a must. It's not a good idea to use this without doing a good skincare routine. This will level up your skin, it shouldn't be used as a save the day to skin that isn't used to being cared for. You could really mess your skin up. It will ruin a day plus a long time after I give details, could be gross to some. I have a lot of blackheads and the tiny pores under my lip. I started wearing makeup daily a month or two ago so I needed some help. Make sure your skin is hydrated and follow the directions. You will want to go crazy once you start but don't. My skin def has peeled and regenerated after using the spatula in areas I went crazy. It has def helped me get the deeper blackheads out that in the past I would have cut my face up trying to get. With some patience you will be very happy with the results. Four days after the first time I used it I was breaking out a lot. But they were the teeny tiny white bubble type pimples that pop when you barely touch it. You will get through to the other side as long as you are patient and don't do too much. There's enough gunk you will be satisfied every time lol just pace yourself. Make sure you get VERY hydrated after. Drink your water and use your hydrating serums and moisturizer. I would skip anythig that is a chemical for at least a day or 2. Be nice to your skin.

This shocked me. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS 1st because it'll tell you what setting to use for what feature plus tells you what direction to hold the device etc. It'll say something like "label up" or "label down" for certain settings. It can be irritating so be gentle & don't over use & you should be fine. SOOOOO, I washed my face with Roc resurfacing pads 1st to clean my skin & exfoliate then added a thin moisturizer. I didn't expect much from this device after that. Some areas I did see a clear film come up, which I expected, and figured this was doing nothing & just scraping up my moisturizer like I'd assumed. WELL.....as I continued & moved it in slow, upward motion I started seeing a gross YELLOWISH film coming up from my chin, forehead & around my nose. As gross as that sounds...this looked like yuck from deep in my pores. Disgusting 🤣. I switched the setting for redness/pores & did another sweep then applied a bit more moisturizer. It's crazy how much cleaner my pores looked & how much came out that I couldn't even see. I think this was well worth the price. It's packed nice with a little charging cord & protective cover for the blade plus 2 silicone covers for washing face etc. I've only used this 1x so far but am curious to see how it will improve my skin going forward.

I didn’t think much of it when I got it but as soon as I used it on my nose after hydrating my face it really showed out. As you can see from the picture I attached it really got to work as soon as I started. But I can understand why a comment on here by a dermatologist said to use this as little as possible, about 1-2 times a week. Just because it is quite powerful and you’ll definitely give yourself a headache if you use it more frequently. But amazing product and I would definitely recommend.

The product works fine on the face. I can feel an improvement on my skin right after the 3rd day. I have very oily skin and extremely clogged pores and this helped to remove the gunk out. Not all in 1 go but day after day of using it. It clears up. Just follow the instructions that were written here in the review section or you can youtube it. Very helpful. But the only reason i am giving this a 3 star is because no matter how long i charge it, the item only works for 10mins max! I did charge it for 2hrs at the start before using it. Can someone please let me know if they have the same problem? Not too sure what im doing wrong. Also, in the photo, we are supposed to receive the pink and blue attachments..i did not receive it in my box.

Mine is fake . It makes this high pitched sound that affects the ears and the pamphlet looks photocopied . The whole Devi e looks so fake . I’m returning it.
