Excellent back brace. It really helps my lower back pain. Use it when doing any yard work or lots of bending with housework. It’s machine washable! I take stay plates out and put in a garment bag. Nd ass on cold. Air dry. Velcro is excellent. I’ve had 7 months and still works like new. Highly recommend! Can wear under clothes if loose shirt. I just wear on top of my shirt.

Insurance declined hospital request for a back brace for a broken back. Amazon had this which was purchased. Not only was the size accurate, the durability, & comfort is amazing. Easy to wash & adjust There are metal & rigid plastic inserts which are comfortable & easy to place or remove. Mobility increased as pain decreased. The bands wrap around to secure the brace in place & this darned thing is very comfortable. This is a very good purchase. Money well spent.

I have a herniated disc in my back that is causing sciatica, I tried many different things to make the pain in my back go away, this brace does just that. The plus side is used in conjunction with a thigh brace all pain has stopped about 95%. There is still some movement issues, that it won't stop such as getting up from sitting. However I can sit with out pain. I can go to work without pain. I even wore it to bed. I don't wake up in agonizing pain. It provides the right support in the right places. You can pull enough tension that it realigns your spine back to where you need it too be. I am not a paid user of this product. I didn't get it free. I bought it hoping for some kind of pain relief that wasn't some kind of drug from a doctor, or street doctor. I paid for this out of my own pocket. If it didn't work I would say so. However it does work. The design is great too. The only thing I would say could be improved is the length of the Velcro. It needs to be longer, to pull more tension, when you need to stop the burning sensation on the front thigh. However like I said if you use it with a thigh brace too, you can mitigate that. Hope this review helps someone else having the same issues.

Fit is as expected; however, Velcro could be stronger to keep the support consistent. This item is truly for a support reminder.

This is a “Four way adjustable brace, front measures 6” from top of hip bone to sternum. I Ordered small & was concerned it could be too long for my torso but, found it helps me focus on good posture and induces me to “strengthen my core” both critical for back issues. After wearing a few days it feels comfortable to wear and has resolved my lower back pain by preventing me from reverting back into old habits of bad posture! When fitting I Lift up my core and check my back brace alignment to my spine then close wide tabs in front next I pull both “laced Velcro straps” forward and down to the bottom of the brace crossing one over the other at an angle for my best support. Recommend wearing a T shirt underneath for added comfort then wear usual clothing over the brace. It doesn’t show except for a slight edge of the Velcro tab if crossing the ribboned pulls one over the other. I use all metal supports and do not wear it at night. LOVE IT🙏Thank you! Complicated to get on. Would help. Size up one size. Need someone to help put it on you.
