I'm on my third trainer. Started in large, lost a few pounds, moved to medium. I'm all the way down to the last set of clasps on Medium and it's getting loose, so I ordered the small. I love waist trainers and I wear it pretty much all day. Slims everything down so my clothes fit better, but comfortable enough to wear for eight to ten hours no problem. Durable, have way as needed. Solid construction.

I have tried and bought so many wasn't trainers trying to find the best one for me, note everyones body is different so definitely find what is best for you it is definitely trail and error. I have found others I have liked in past but wanted something different then came across this. The fit was perfect I had a medium and now I ordered the small, this alone will not help you loose weight, I workout daily wall pilates along with cardio, sit ups, and exc. I also eat/drink better than I use too. I use wasn't trainers to help tummy control after having a baby and loosing weight your stomach doesn't always go back into place this is helping with placement and pushing my stomach back were it should be. Make sure you measure your waist in correct spot I measure right above belly button and go of chart for sizing. This one does come with a extender, I didn't have to use it with the medium, but not sure yet with small I'm smaller around bra strap area so might have to use it for bottom half. It is easy to put on, breathable and the hooks are great no bending.

Comfortable waist trainer. It doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t feel suffocating. I am able walk, move around, sit, and breathe comfortably. I wear it multiple hours per day with no issues. I would say size down if you’re between sizes (it comes with an extender). I am a 34in waist and according to the size chart I would be an XL. I knew that wasn’t right because I’m not an XL in anything, not even clothes. I’m usually a large in other waist trainers, shapewear, and clothes. I ordered a large and it was still big. It fit on the last hooks and that was still wasn’t snug enough. I returned the large and then ordered a medium which fits perfectly on the first hook (I didn’t even need the extender).

I got liposuction 360. I wear this at bedtime every night cause I can’t wear the daytime one all the time (since it covers the crotch and that’s not healthy 24/7 for the vagina). I’m glad it came with the extender cause after surgery I was on the last hook. I wake up and the swelling above my belly button from the surgery is gone for a little. I took the extender off today and the fit is good. Since I’m not sitting down much in it I’m not having the fold like others are having. But I’m happy with the results I’m seeing!
